The Madrid CPWG team assisted Lake County with updating the existing North Lake Community Park by creating the master plan, preparing the civil engineering design and construction documents, and providing construction administration services for this 100+ acre multi-purpose sports complex and community park. Our team prepared a site plan and all construction documents for facilities associated with the recreational amenities, utilities, stormwater, parking, and entrance drive.
Madrid CPWG provided overall construction administration including review of contractor submitted change orders, project submittal review, payment requests review, site visits during construction and final walk through with the punch list and preparation of the final project certification.
The Madrid CPWG designed improvements included:

Loved this park. It’s huge with everything here. Large nice playground, all the sports setups, huge fields, workout equipment. Clean bathrooms and lots of parking.
