Madrid CPWG was contracted by Orange County to upgrade and expand the soccer facilities in Barnett Park. Our team’s park design team focused on a low-impact design that would be easy to maintain. The plan also incorporated innovative stormwater designs so construction would have the least effect possible on the native ecology of Barnett Park. Our team prepared and reviewed all bidding documents and specifications for the project. Our staff was also contracted to assist the County with bid solicitation, response to bidder questions.
Madrid CPWG Construction Management professionals provided construction administration services, site inspections, utility company coordination, site meeting attendance and review of shop drawings. Our team coordinated meetings with permit agencies.

- City of Orlando permits
