CPWG provided civil engineering site design services for the construction of three (3) new buildings located near Villas at Emerald Pointe in Taney County, Missouri. The project focused on preparing the site for the construction of the buildings and accompanying infrastructure. The design consisted of site plans, grading plans, utility (water, wastewater, and electric), stormwater plans, stormwater detention plans, and permits.
