CPWG provided site development services and design plans for the construction of a nightly rental community consisting of 60 buildings, an amenity area, and proposed roadways overlooking Table Rock Lake. Design services included site plans including grading plan and spot elevation plans, design and permitting of a new well, well house, and storage tanks for potable water supply, and design of low-pressure sewer system. The site development services included identifying both proposed and existing facilities to remain as well as developing site features for the development including buildings, parking layout, sidewalk, utilities, etc. CPWG assisted the client in responding to questions regarding the proposed design improvements while securing the bids required for the construction of the project. Our team also provided construction administration for the project.
