Dr. P. Phillips Community Park is a premier park around the shores of Big Sand Lake in Orlando. The amenities at the park include a water playground, small tot-lot, big kids playground, basketball court, volleyball courts, soccer fields, little league baseball field, dog park, large and small pavilions, maintenance building, restroom/office buildings, landscaping, and other features.
The infrastructure design included site grading, stormwater design and permitting, potable water design and permitting, septic system design, roadway and parking design, and wetland issues. Tasks performed for this project included conceptual planning, value engineering, preliminary and final design, permitting, bid assistance, and construction stage administration.
