• 10 years of planning and research experience.
• 20 years of professional GIS Experience and 10 years in transit planning-related positions. Highly motivated team player with a proven track record of competence, professionalism, and leadership.  Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to flourish in challenging, demanding, and fast-paced work environments.  Extensive transit planning and innovation mobility solutions experience.
• Specialized skills in the analysis and implementation of traditional and non-traditional transit mobility alternatives.
• He is the Treasurer, American Society for Photogrammetry & Remote Sensing (ASPRS) GIS Club; Colorado State University Chapter.

Mr. Chochran has received the following Honors:

• Gamma Theta Upsilon, International Geographic Honor Society, University of South Florida
• Xi Sigma Pi, National Forestry Honor Fraternity, Colorado State University
